Not all freeholders operate as property managers, and may not have the time or the systems in place to handle this work efficiently. Cornerstone liaises with developers and freeholders as business partners from the initial construction phase through to completion. We then provide a smooth handover of the new estate to residents, and ensure that the day-to-day management is effective from day one onwards.
